RISE OF THE WEST

West Franklin Apartments is an ambitious new apartment project in Adelaide’s growing west. Martins sought deep insight into the market and the area’s unique appeal, to focus on what makes ‘westside’ living appealing for each of the key targets.

‘Rise of the West’, was simple yet powerful, while providing a springboard for highly relevant messaging that championed the area and the new lifestyle opportunity; for families, young professionals, and downsizers. A carefully planned and complex photography shoot that rang true to the message was special, and memorable. 

RESULTS

The result is a highly impactful and relevant brand, with marketing campaign that elevates the area and inspired hundreds to enquire and secure a home, off plan, solely on the vision and message we presented. A true example of the value of storytelling, the campaign helped West Franklin top their annual sales target in less than six months.
