Martins Brand House created a brand strategy as the foundations to the marketing and brand platform, centred around the brand idea of “Joy” – an uplifted spirit, underpinned by the combination of great connected location, amazing amenity within and a commitment to community development.

Driving the personality of the brand is the ‘Magician’ archetype – centred around transformation – expansive, moving and articulate, in touch with the latest trends and helping to define new ones, making dreams come true and helping people transform their lives. The brand positioning line, “The new place to be”, is the call to action to a new way of life.

Sapphire blue was chosen as the brand colour. Seldom used in the property category, it reflects a new energy and a new way of life, for Oakden Rise.

Creating a real game changer

Oakden Rise is Villawood Properties new signature community with their entry into a whole new market. Well located just 9km from the CBD, it will be an urban neighbourhood, punctuated with green, and introducing for the first time, a residents club.
